Quick tips for uploading, reordering, and managing your photos. If you're stuck, email hello@gifting-sorted.co.uk .

  1. Upload your photos — you can drag & drop — but please upload no more than 15 at a time.
  2. Wait for each photo to finish uploading. Don't worry if they don't look to be positioned right — we'll sort this out.
  3. Drag your images in the grid to set the order. We will use this order to create your collage.
  4. Click Tell us you're done when you're done.
What file types can I upload?
We accept common image formats (JPEG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC) up to 50 MB each. If a file type or size isn't supported, you'll see an error.
Can I upload the same photo twice?
We automatically prevent duplicates. If you add a photo you've already uploaded, you'll see a message and it will be skipped.
How do I change the order of my photos?
Drag the thumbnails in the grid. We save your order automatically.
How do I remove a photo?
Click the × on a thumbnail to delete it. You can also use Delete all photos to start fresh.
I clicked “Tell us your done" too soon. What now?
No worries. On the next page there's a link to return and keep uploading or reordering your photos.
What happens after I click “Tell us you're done"?
We'll send you a confirmation email and notify our team that your upload is ready. You'll also see a summary page with a link to return and keep uploading or reorder if you change your mind.
An upload keeps failing — what should I do?
Try these steps:
  1. Check your internet connection is stable.
  2. Refresh the page and try uploading the file again.
  3. If the problem continues, email us and attach the file — we can upload it for you.
How long will my photos be stored?
Your uploaded photos (and any notes you leave) are kept securely for 30 days after you confirm your upload. After that, they're deleted automatically to protect your privacy.
Can I leave special instructions?
Yes—use the “Add a note for our team" box under the gallery. Your note saves automatically as you type.
A photo looks wrong or corrupted—what should I do?
Very occasionally a photo can become corrupted during transfer. Please delete that photo (tap or click × on its thumbnail) and upload it again. If problems continue, contact us and we'll help.
Best device to use
You can upload from a phone or tablet, but for the best performance—especially when reordering or uploading many large images—we recommend using a computer/desktop.
Will other customers see my photos?
No. Your uploads are stored in a private folder linked to your order details.
